The Ballina Food and Wine Festival is back again from 30 June to 2 July, showcasing the best produce, restaurants, wine, beer and cider the region has to offer.

The Festival kicks off on the Friday with the Cricketer’s Arms Gala Dinner, followed by The ‘Taste The Region Tour’ on Saturday and closing with the ‘Main Festival Day’ on Sunday.

Cricketer’s Arms Gala Dinner

What better way to welcome in a food and wine festival than an extravagant Gala Dinner! Guests can enjoy a four course feast, prepared by Ballina RSL’s Executive Chef, Blake Seymour. Showcasing the region’s local produce, each dish is crafted to highlight the quality offerings found in Ballina. You will also receive a complimentary champagne on arrival.

Book your tickets for the Gala Dinner with all proceeds going towards charity.

Taste The Region Tour

The ‘Taste The Region Tour’ will allow attendees learn about, and indulge in, the best food and wine available in the Norther Rivers region. By bus, you will visit a range of venues where you will be able to meet owners, experts and the chefs who utilise these fresh ingredients and gain insight into the hard work they put into creating quality produce. Tickets are available here.

Ballina Food and Wine Festival

Featuring exhibitions, information sessions, demonstrations, and of course, samples – the main event of the Festival is therefore something you won’t want to miss out on.

Every local restaurant in town will be showing off their menu and allowing patrons to sample their mouth-watering cuisine. A variety of wine, craft beer, cider and spirits will also be available for you to taste – winemakers and brewers will be on hand to talk you through what you’re enjoying.  Chefs will also be demonstrating their cooking techniques and teaching patrons how to master their signature dishes – a great learning experience for anybody wishing to gain more knowledge and sharpen their culinary skills!

All this for just $25.00? We’re in!
