The past few weeks at @passelestate has seen sudden a flurry of activity in both our vineyards and winery. The 2019 vintage commenced with the harvest of our Sauvignon Blanc and the action in the vineyard has not slowed since. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The Chardonnay is happily developing within it's French oak barriques alongside our beautiful Shiraz, now guarded safely within the winery after a successful harvest last week. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Last to be harvested is our exquisite Cabernet Sauvignon. This grand finale for our 2019 vintage will take place tomorrow morning before dawn. Though the action won't be visible from our Tasting Room, just beyond the tree line is an exceptional new wine commencing it's journey to one day meet you there. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It is not long now before this exciting vintage is behind us and we are looking ahead to the next one! 🍷
